Refund policy

All Sales Final on Perishable Goods To ensure the safety and health of all pets, we do not accept returns on food, treats, chews, or supplements. Once these items leave our fulfillment center, we cannot resell them.

Damages and Issues (The "Happiness Guarantee") Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@truepawsupplies.com with a photo of the issue.

  • You do not need to return the damaged item
  • We will evaluate the issue and issue a full refund or send a free replacement immediately.

Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. Once the order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are unable to cancel it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Refunds If your refund is approved based on a damage or delivery issue, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
