SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.
Processing takes 1–3 business days.
During holiday or high-volume periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
We ship from multiple U.S. warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
The remaining items are still on their way.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food, treats, chews, or supplements.
Once these items leave our facility, they cannot be restocked.

My dog didn’t like the treats. Can I return them?
We cannot accept opened items.
However, your satisfaction matters to us.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Do not return the item.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly.
If you need to cancel, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
Once the order begins processing or ships, it cannot be canceled.

I entered the wrong address — can I change it?
Contact us immediately through the Contact Form.
If the order has not shipped yet, we can update the address.
Once it is with the carrier, changes cannot be made.

My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, and apartment office.
