📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.
Processing takes 1–3 business days.
During holidays or high-volume periods, shipping may take slightly longer.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

We ship from multiple warehouses across the U.S. to get your items to you faster.
If you ordered treats and toys/other accessories, they may arrive in separate packages.
Don’t worry — the rest of your order is on the way!

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships (usually within 1–3 days), you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.


↩️ RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

For the safety and health of all pets, we cannot accept returns on food, treats, chews, or supplements.
Once a food item leaves our facility, we cannot resell or restock it.

My dog didn’t like the treats. Can I return them?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened bags.
However — your satisfaction matters.
Email us at support@truepawsupplies.com, and we will make it right.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item was damaged on arrival, do not return it.
Take a photo and email it to support@truepawsupplies.com immediately.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund right away.


🧾 ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly.
If you need to cancel, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
Once the order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

I put the wrong address — can I change it?

Email support@truepawsupplies.com right away.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.
If the package has already been handed to the carrier, we can’t reroute it.

Where are your treats made?

We partner with trusted U.S.-based facilities that prioritize quality and safety.
Each product page lists full ingredients and sourcing details, so you know exactly what you’re giving your pup.

Are your products safe for puppies or senior dogs?

Yes! Many of our treats and chews are suitable for all ages.
Product pages clearly indicate if an item is appropriate for:

  • Puppies
  • Adults
  • Senior dogs

Can I give multiple TruePaw treats or chews together?

Yes — in most cases, treats and chews can be combined.
For supplements, follow the recommended serving size on each product.

Are your products grain-free?

Yes! All TruePaw chews are grain-free and made with clean, pet-safe ingredients.


📬 ORDER ISSUES

My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

First, check:

  • Mailbox
  • Porch
  • Neighbors
  • Apartment office

If it still can’t be found, email support@truepawsupplies.com and we will assist you.

My package is lost or delayed. Can you help?

Absolutely — contact us with your order number and we’ll help track it or arrange a replacement when eligible.
